We’re GREAT hosts, though, and we are delighted to be hosting science comedian Brian Malow in the Anne and Ellen Fife Theatre at the Moss Arts Center at 7:30 p.m. Monday, February 26, for an evening of science comedy.

“An Evening of Humor with Science Comedian Brian Malow” will put Malow onstage in Blacksburg to share two decades’ worth of experience in making both scientists and non-scientists laugh–and appreciate science.

“It’s as much about expanding the mind as it is tickling the funny bone,” says one review.
“Earth’s Premier Science Comedian (self-proclaimed)” is ready for all audiences. Malow has performed for NASA’s Jet Propulsion Lab in Pasadena, for the American Chemical Society, and for the National Science Foundation.

Malow also has produced science videos for Time Magazine and audio pieces for Neil deGrasse Tyson’s radio show. He has blogged for Scientific American and worked in science communications at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences. Malow has co-hosted programs on The Weather Channel, appeared on The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, and been featured in the New York Times, the Washington Post, the San Francisco Chronicle, and the journals Nature, Science, and Symmetry.
